How is the technical issue of Packetel?
I use other fax services and I have a lot of issue with the service. I see some of you say some nice things about the Packetel pricing, but how about their technical? Please advise, for I consider to signup with them.

I been using this service for 3 years now withou any issue, and I really love it. I never call their support line. Read their FAQ and it will show you how troubleshoot the email.
Tip: Do not trust your email all the time. Check the spam filter once in awhile to be sure.
They allow two emails per fax account, so utilize your secondary email. Also, make sure that your secondary email is not the same domain as your primary.
Fax always go to both of my email and I never miss any of my fax.
Got a poorline condition once. I'm not sure exactly what happen, but everything was good after that. Strongly recommend to new user.
Packetel service is not compatible with fax modem, so make sure your sender do not send fax through a modem. I receive a cut of fax couple of times, and I found out that they do not support fax modem.
