It looks like Packetel service offer the best price of all. Does anyone knows anything about them and how effective their service to large business? Are they reliable at all? I know that you get what you pay for, but their price is to get to past up. Please let me know of your experience.

I have been using Packetel service for two years, and I don't have any issue with them. I put two emails on my account, so I never loose any fax.
Tips: do not use two of the same eamil.
Packetel is awsome. Their price is $3.95 per/month and I get unlimited fax to my email. It works great for my business. Compare to what I paid for my previous fax service, Packetel is the best out there. I just wish they have outgoing too.
I could not agree more. Their support is alos great. When you send out email for help, they will response in a matter of minute. Those support team must have no life and just stair at the email all they time, so they response lightning quick.
How can they afford to give out such a low price? Is there a catch?
Yeah, most service that I found, they charge like $9.99 and up. Are their service has any compatable issue with any machine?
Yeah, they are great. When you refer your friend, they will give you and your friend one month bonus. I refferred about five of my friends, and igot five month bonus. If anyone wants to signup and get one month free, please let me know I'll give you a promotional code to signup.
I receive as many as 30 faxes a day and couple hundred a month without any issue. Packetel rocks!
Packetel easy to signup and easy to cancel too. Just tell them that you don't the service and they will refund you the money without question ask. However, if you just signup and keep the service for more than a week, they will charge you the $3.95 for the one month use. Packetel is not for me, but they have great customer support.
I have a lot of issue with their service, and when I need help, I can't reach anyone through phone. I signup for a week, and I can't get the fax to send to my email.
When I get large faxes the line quality is not good. Usually pages will get cut off. The fax will get resent to me, but unless the page that is cut off is the last one before the resend I'm out of luck. Any advice? I've emailed support, but didn't get a good answer.
