I found a service that offers sending and receiving for an amazing rate. PopFax.com offers sound very nice. Can someone tell me more about them? Do they offer UNLIMITED receiving and sending?

This is a great service, and you can try it out FREE of charge. You do not need to put your credit card when you try them out.
They offer a great rate for outgoing compare to most service. Just look at eFax and how much they are charging. PopFax charges only $.07 per sending.
Great service with very reliable fax receiving and sending. I send only a few page a month so it nice to have outgoing whenever I need it. Highly recommended.

They offer RISK FREE Trial period so it really nice to try it out.
I just leave Packetel because they do not offer outgoing. I just signup for this PopFax and everything looks good so far. I hope I'm not disapointed.
$.07 cent for sending is the cheapest that I know compare to most services. They also allow send fax abroad. I can send my fax anywhere in the world as long I have a computer. Really great service that allow both. The price is amazing too.
Do they cover all area code in the US or just a few?
Popfax seems to be the leader in Europe; they are in 15-20 countries. They provide local number on most UK cities. Today I have signed up for a free trial without any request of bank card details.The reception is free and unlimited and the received format it seems to be .PDF or .TIFF. Fax can be stored on server then retrieved and deleted from server at any time. I thought this service sounds good and decided to share.
