HP Issue?

Hello, I have an HP fax machine and I can't seem to fax the complete document to my pFax. Most of the times I will receive half a page or fail transmission. Does anyone has the same issue? Can someone else advise or show me how to correct this? I contacted my fax service provider (WinFax), and they can't seem to know what happen. I send fax from another machine and I receive just fine.

Don't Signup

For those that use eFax, do not signup with them. It's great that they offer you FREE Trial, but once you signup with them, they will charge you an arm and a leg. Their rate is way too expensive compare to many others.

Is Packetel HIPPA Compliance?

Hi, Packetel sound really good, but are they HIPPA Compliance? Information that I receive is very sensitive, so I need to know for sure before I signup.

Does anyone in here use MyFax.com? Please tell me more about MyFax.com. I like the price that Packetel offers, but too bad they don't have any outgoing.

Cut off faxes?

Does anyone knows what cause the fax to be cut off? I have a fax service and my fax keep getting cut off. When I call the support line and they test my line, it works fine. Is it my machine that has issue? I"m using HP-All-In-One. Please let me know.
