How is the technical issue of Packetel?

I use other fax services and I have a lot of issue with the service. I see some of you say some nice things about the Packetel pricing, but how about their technical? Please advise, for I consider to signup with them.

Why eFax?

Hi all, I heard a lot of good things about other fax service, but why eFax.com charges so much? Are they guarantee to be way better then other services? I need a fax service they provide a total package (sending, receiving, toll free number, etc...) for my work, but their price is outrageous.
